From the first scan to the next decision

Discover. Review. Deliver. Measure.

Start with your website and business context. Find the gaps, review proposed changes, approve supported work and check the live result. The next measurement helps you decide where to focus.

Stage 01 · Discover

Find what needs attention.

Scan discovered pages within your plan allowance. Review the website signals and detected issues, then open the page evidence to understand what needs attention.

  • Discover pages through sitemaps and internal links
  • Metadata audit: titles, descriptions, Open Graph, canonicals
  • Schema markup audit: LocalBusiness, Article, FAQ, Product, Organisation
  • Image alt text coverage analysis
  • Review answerable content, business identity and page access
  • No developer needed to run a scan
01
Discover

Find what needs attention.

You get: saved findings for the pages scanned
Stage 02 · Review

Decide what is worth changing.

Review proposed metadata, schema and image descriptions alongside the saved page content. Check the facts, the page’s purpose and the available delivery route before approving.

  • Proposed content for supported recommendations
  • Before-and-after details where available
  • Severity and page context to guide your priorities
  • Individual review and eligible batch approval
  • Keep recommendations pending while you decide
  • Business context from your research brief
02
Review

Decide what is worth changing.

You get: proposed fixes and work for your team
Stage 03 · Deliver

Put supported fixes to work.

Connect a delivery route that suits your website. A browser embed starts with a script installation; native and edge routes have their own setup. Eligible work follows your approvals and enabled automation permissions. Check delivery and live verification separately.

  • Compatibility checked by fix type and connection
  • Browser, native and edge changes have different effects
  • WordPress and Webflow options depend on the connected integration
  • Cloudflare delivery requires a configured domain route
  • Separate delivery and public-verification records
  • Rollback controls where the delivery route supports them
03
Deliver

Put supported fixes to work.

You get: delivery records and separate live checks
Stage 04 · Measure

Follow the evidence to your next decision.

Compare completed scans and sampled AI mentions over time. Connect Search Console and GA4 to add traffic and configured key events. Use these signals to investigate progress; they do not establish that an individual fix caused a result.

  • Dated website scores from full scans
  • Delivery timing and available verification records
  • Search Console impressions and clicks
  • GA4 sessions and configured key events
  • Available AI observations from Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and DeepSeek
  • Weekly owner summaries when enabled
04
Measure

Follow the evidence to your next decision.

You get: dated measurements to guide the next step

Before you begin

A few practical answers.

Does AnswerMetrix modify my site files?

It depends on the route. Browser embed changes do not modify source files, templates or the database. Native CMS writes and configured edge changes have different persistence and rollback requirements. Removing the script stops its changes on subsequent page loads.

What happens if I don't approve a fix?

A pending recommendation is not a delivered fix. Eligible work can also be authorised through enabled automation permissions, including Autopilot. Review those permissions if you want individual control. Manual-only and unsupported work remains separate.

How is this different from an SEO plugin?

Compare the specific products and work you need to do. AnswerMetrix connects website scanning, proposed fixes, supported delivery and recorded results. SEO plugins have their own optimisation and automation tools. If you use both, check which system controls each field to avoid conflicting changes.

What's the difference between the scan and a traditional audit?

The scan is the starting point. AnswerMetrix connects its findings to proposed changes and supported delivery, with approval, delivery records and live verification shown as separate steps. Other audit products may also include automation; compare the full workflow on a real page.

What platforms does the snippet work on?

The embed route can work on sites where you can add a custom JavaScript tag to the page head, including many WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, Ghost, Drupal and custom sites. Loading the script is not a universal delivery guarantee: each fix type must also be supported by the configured delivery route.

Start with a free diagnostic of up to 50 pages. You can review the findings before installing a delivery connection.

No credit card required. Ongoing delivery needs an eligible plan and a supported connection.
