The AnswerMetrix embed connects eligible public pages to supported browser delivery. Install it once through your website’s authorised setup, then review and verify each change you choose to deliver.
Before installation
- Use the snippet and site key from the correct website in your dashboard.
- Confirm your platform plan and permissions allow the installation.
- Keep a recovery copy of the affected template or configuration.
- Review existing schema, analytics and other scripts to avoid duplication.
Verify the route
Follow the platform guide, publish if required and verify the live domain in AnswerMetrix. A detected script proves installation, not that every fix was delivered or that every crawler executed it.
Review the proposed change, confirm its facts and check delivery support for your website. After authorising an eligible fix, inspect the delivery record and the separate live-page check. Use your CMS or developer for work the connection cannot deliver.
Browser and server delivery differ
Browser-only changes may be invisible to crawlers that do not execute JavaScript. Some fixes require a configured edge, server-side or native route. Removing the snippet stops its changes on later page loads; other routes have separate rollback requirements.
Use a controlled first change
Begin with one eligible change on a representative page. Inspect its delivery record, check the live result and test the page’s important interactions. Review performance and layout before applying a larger batch.
Choose Autopilot for eligible automatic delivery, Managed for guided review and batch actions, or Expert for individual fixes and detailed tools. Check your enabled permissions as well as the mode: existing automation can still run during scans. Your plan and website connection determine which actions are available.
