To publish at /llms.txt, connect a supported server-side route: Cloudflare, a managed proxy or WordPress. The embed snippet alone cannot publish this root-level file.

Open your public /llms.txt URL and confirm it shows the reviewed content. Check the recorded delivery result and keep the file aligned with your live pages. Your server request logs can show when the file is fetched.
How it fits your visibility work
llms.txt is an optional, experimental format with no direct effect on your AnswerMetrix score. Search rankings, AI citations, traffic and visibility are measured separately; publishing this file does not guarantee those outcomes.
Google's guidance for AI Overviews and AI Mode focuses on established SEO practices and useful, accessible content. An additional AI text file is not required for those features. Technical context
The llms.txt proposal uses Markdown for a concise overview and links to more detail. Version 2 also describes files within a site section and links to Markdown page versions. AnswerMetrix's publishing workflow described here targets /llms.txt. Read the proposal at https://llmstxt.org/.
Use robots.txt for crawler access rules and llms.txt for content guidance. They serve different purposes: adding User-agent or Allow directives to llms.txt does not set crawler permissions.
